A Letter From A Friend. Please answer honestly.
"My ex husband owes me over $18,ooo in back child support. It has been 3 years since we have gone to court over it. I can take him back to court, but that doesn't seem to help and if the court throws him in jail, then he really can't work and stay current on the child support that he has been paying. His lips keep moving and he SAYS he will pay me back, but I haven't seen a payment towards the back support in 3 years. Every time we went to court, it hurts the kids because he starts treating me badly in front of them. I don't know what to do."
